Processing time
All items have a 3-5 day processing time, unless otherwise note in the item description. The is the time it takes me to create your item. This time DOES NOT include the shipping time.
Shipping
I ship through USPS. Shipping times depend on your location and depend on USPS schedule. The Eclectic Owl cannot guarantee an arrival date for your item.
Need to return or cancel an order?
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery- refunds will be given upon receipt of returned item.
Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items- including masks (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
